Collective Flourishing

building clarity, confidence and self-trust
as you navigate change in your relationships and work

Hello friend, I’m glad you’re here. You’re in the right place if:
-
you've been to therapy, you know the patterns that have kept you stuck...but something still takes over in moments of uncertainty and you find yourself in cycles of dysregulation
-
you tend to get stuck in overthinking and overanalyzing your decisions
-
you want to experience more ease and connection in your relationships, but haven't figured out how to get there
Hi, I'm Annalisa

founder and somatic coach at Collective Flourishing.
As an eldest daughter who grew up between two very different cultures, I learned early on how to adapt to whatever others needed me to be. That skill served me well in my career in peacebuilding and conflict resolution, but it came at a cost. I was quietly minimizing my own needs, and my body eventually let me know through chronic health issues.
Discovering somatics changed my life. I learned how to come home to my body: to notice what I was actually feeling, to trust my intuition, and to make choices from a grounded place instead of from fear or overthinking. It transformed how I show up both in work and in romantic relationships. I went from second-guessing myself to honoring my needs and saying yes to what truly feels aligned.
Now I help others do the same. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, a relationship crossroads, or a season of not knowing what’s next, I’ll help you find your ground, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
Ready to learn more about working together?
My work helps you to:

-
Stay grounded in uncertainty: Become more present when you don’t know what’s next, instead of spiraling into the future or freezing in indecision.
-
Trust yourself: Know what’s truly a “yes” or “no” for you, and make decisions from your inner wisdom rather than overthinking or looking outside yourself for answers.
-
Communicate with clarity: Say what you mean, ask for what you need, and set boundaries from a grounded, caring place.
-
Transform conflict into connection: Learn frameworks and practices that turn disagreement into repair and understanding, rather than more distance.
